At Anthrovia Technologies Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued in the form of in-app credits, which can be used for future purchases.

1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are granted only in the form of in-app credits under the following conditions:
- Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed by the end of the day on which the order was placed.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, you will be given a prompt in the app in front of the delivery personnel who represents us. Once you confirm in the app that no issue exists and that all products delivered were acceptable to you, you forfeit any right to a refund or return thereafter.
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to our fault.
Refund requests must be submitted viasupport@dookanpe.com or through our in-app support feature.
2. In-App Credit System
- Refunds are issued as DookanPe™ Credits, which can be used for future orders.
- The credited amount will be equivalent to the refund value and will reflect in your account within 24 hours.
- One-Month Use: Credits must be used within one month after they are issued.
- Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash.
3. How to Use Refund Credits
- Credits will be applied automatically if a sufficient balance is available.
- Any remaining balance must be paid using other available payment methods.
- Unused credits will expire after one month from the date they are issued.
4. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for personal preference changes after purchase.
- Delayed Delivery Due to External Factors: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or third-party courier delays).
- Repeated Refund Requests: Accounts with excessive refund requests may be flagged for misuse.
